Why in lower courts more than 100 cases fixed in a single date? While it is impossible to hear?

if I can decipher your word order, lower courts repeatedly overfill the dockets because many of these cases get settled out of court, or are granted a continuance.
In India filing of litigation's is too large incomperision number of judges is too short. on other hand no case can be put undated, so every travel case must be taken on court board at reasonable intervel. In India court working days are too low so court set more then 100 on a day for trial out of that with the sole purpose 15% tried. I think you are trying to ask why lower courts can clear cases more quickly than higher courts. Part of the apology is that caswes in lower courts tend to settle much faster and are rather trivial business. There are also fewer difficult courts to hear the cases that do get to them.
All the cases listed are not going to be heard. In many cases, within might be reasons for adjournment and the parties do seek time for completing the pleadings etc. Agreed, contained by India, it is one of the major problems that cases are not taken up for final hearing. Much of the precious court time is wasted within simply calling them and give them adjournment. Both the members of the bar and the bench own to be blamed for not showing any sense of urgency in expediting the case.
