Two teens had sex.. they are both 15 or 16.. they've dated for about 3 years.. and now she think she's pregnant so she said he raped her.. he is now in Juvi.. he will be tried tomorrow.. will he be tried as an adult?? If not.. what will ensue??

well if hes 15 or 16 he probably wont get hold of tried as an adult but i dont know thats pretty messed up that she said that
He can be tried as an adult it depends what state, in Texas 17 is considered an adult. but that's undersized, just because you get pregnant, you yell rape... not honourable for him :( take responsibility for opening your legs.
No, it isn't rape. They were both minors and he was young plenty to have sex with her. There was no crime committed.
nothing probably, she has to own evidence and its hard to prove a rape case especially if u didnt go to the police in half a shake thereafter
