do you think this is fair pay?

is this fair pay for the job or is purely me that i feel like i should get more......... deeply this is how it goes, im 16 i work at a restaurant, i do from 7-12 hours, in one day, depending on the days i choose, surrounded by a 12 hour day ill get compensated 40 dollars, paid up-front(no checks) plus the 10% tip from waiters that they give me, which averages at around 20-40 next to around 4-3 waiters on duty. also depending on the day(slow day, good time, normal day, etc) so on best conditions possible i would get estimated 80 dollars, on average days i catch 60( both estimations on a 12 hour period) my job is juicer, i make juice server adjectives beverages, and once in a while help with waiter bus tables

If your job is dependent on tips then they with the sole purpose have to pay you $2.13 an hour. If that amount of money does not equal minimum wage at the end of the week your employer is required by statute to pay you the difference.
That sounds pretty fair for the amount of work you do.
