In looking up your other questions this has to do with him playing Xbox correct? Microsoft have no liability for your son's constant use of Xbox live or your lack of regulating how long he can be on it each day.
Take some responsibility for your child's addiction. Who buys him the games or allows him to sit and play for hours? Does he rule your house or do you??
You have to take responsibility for your child, a moment ago make him work to play xbox or Take it away for a while. And im pretty sure you couldn't sue Microsoft anyway. Something about the terms of service
