Can a company cancel an order after you've paid if they say the price was in error?
Already purchased the products and got an email stating they cancelled the purchase because the price was in error. It is now selling for $30 more.
I would demand my money back. Save your e - mails just in case they refuse and you could take them to small claims court cause yes, it's against the law. It's called false advertising whether it was an accident or not. They should have let you have it at the the price they gave you before you paid.
YES
Answer:
Yes, but I would never do business with them again.
