Dirver older than 18.. a passenger under 18 without shoes?
Is it considered to be rape when the passenger in the car is riding without shoes and is not a direct realitive of the driver who is elder than 18?

The actual motive would be that '' that person is untrained to move and be outside with out a popular item that has a use and a useing need i.e. not there '' ? Well fact is stranger then fiction and since some law are ancient I would consider that to probably be existant.

I can safely say that it is not rape when someone under 18 is a passenger contained by a car without shoes on when the driver is over 18.
