Can anything be done about this situation (public school)?

My son is a straight-A student. He got A's on most of his tests in history later spring semester, and when the teacher posted the final grades online, he had an A. However, when he got his report card, it showed a C. I now called the teacher and she said it was an error and she would fix it. We wait a few months and nothing was done. Finally I called again, and she did not reply. I e-mailed as all right, and no reply. So I finally went to the school and found her in her classroom, and she be very rude and said she had changed her mind and told me to get out. She simply refused to talk to me. I sent her one final e-mail, and she responded by saying "fuck stale, I'm the teacher. Go ahead and sue me". (That's copied verbatim). So yeah, what should I do? This grade is on my son's report card, and it is going to look bad when he applies for college subsequent year. And I have already contacted the dean, principal and superintendent, and they all said they can't do anything and the teacher have the final determination of grades. I still have all his papers, as well as the online posting from the instructor showing that he had an A.
Best Answer:
whoa explicitly so disrespectful. dont give up, it has to be some mistake, see if you can make an appointment for a superintendant audible range. if she has no legitament reson to give your son a C then she does not enjoy the right to give him one.
go to the principal with all his grades on every check homework assignment so on and so forth if he refuses then get a attorney they will pay attention then
Report it to the Board of Education. Or... call your local news broadcasters and see what they can verbs up.
Contact the Board of Education and your local city supervisor. A lawsuit is kind of overkill at this point.
Wow, what a bitch. You have adjectives his papers? Good. Print out the email, see if you can get some other students to vouch for him, make copies of every paper and step to the district. If they do nothing, do what the teacher said, sue.
Your teacher needs to show you her history of your son's grades if you believe she made a mistake. If she refuses, then sue her and the school district.
Yank your sons a** the hell out of near and put him in private school.. Where he should have be all along.
