If a 17 year old got beat up by an 18 year feeble, is it illegal? And would it be illegal for the 17 year old to skirmish back?

Its wicked for an adult to beat up a minor. It is not illegal for someone to punch-up back, self defense, (regardless of age, I think.)
One deputation assaulting another party is illegal regardless of ages. Self defense is not illegal.
it's illegal for anyone to rhythm up anyone.. but there is a special law for anyone above 18 that beats up anyone below 18. they a moment ago get a stricter punishment.. yes the 17 yearold can fight back but just to defend him/herself any thing beyond that can be classified as a public distubance if your outside.. or assault or if in the home domestic violent behaviour.. no matter the age if you cause harm to someone else intentionally later you are committing assault
Yes it is illegal and it is not forbidden to fight back. With only a year between the two, no court would pursue "assaulting a minor" charges. The court would want to know how it started, and if the 17yo be the cause, they might regret ever opening their mouth.
Yes it is illegal unless the 18 year old be defending himself. The 17 year old could definitely defend himself next to any way he felt necessary and that be reasonable for what was happening.
