Need help on DUI related issue?

Hi. I need someones reall honost help that I would greatly appreciate. I was charged beside a DUI and I have a PA license, but just moved in NJ and since not long ago I get out of the military and found me a good job. The police officer just took me to the hospital to grasp blood work and then just let me be in motion and said that I cooperated and he would go easy on me. I am the only man surrounded by my familiy and the only one with license, I have rather kid, getting separated with my wife, first DUI offence, clean driving journal. What are the chance of survival in this situation and what do I need to do for prosecutors to aid me in this situation? I just can't have this on my diary or I will lose the only job that took me couple months to find. I barely own any money to pay for any of this. I am honestly at a suicide level. I have too heaps people that depend on me and I failed. I need this to jump away. How? Thank you!
Were you booked and arrested and charged with a DUI?? IF yes, you WILL lose your license, trust me (my bro has have 2!) He had a clean record, never contained by trouble, and they took them for 6 months....it is very unlikely to get out of this...sorry! Firstly, I was *IN* the military when I get my DUI... I had a security clearance dependent MOS and realized that I be going to lose my clearance.

I thought my career was over and I was thinking in the region of worst case scenarios... here's the rub, no matter how disappointingly things get, they'll get better... you need to remember your worst times surrounded by the military... remember when it was raining, you were outside, freezing cold? All you could think something like was a warm shower and a comfortable bed? Well, you got it... perchance not as soon as you wanted, but you got it...

Same goes here... yes, in attendance is a social stigma and an obvious danger of losing your job... The best article you can hope for is the DUI gets dropped down to a "wet reckless" that will still appear on your record.

I fought mine near a lawyer and paid through the nose, so if money is tight, you might necessitate to start looking for a new job.

Your family will love you regardless, I don`t know not for a few days... haha, but you'll get through it.

Also, I know that if you get a DUI and "lose your license"... you can still have "work and school" privileges where on earth you're allowed to drive to work and if you're in school during certain times of the afternoon... they give you a modified license with documentation that outlines your privileges.

You'll get through this, hold it a day at a time... realize that the system takes awhile to "throw the book" so maybe start looking for another undertaking?

Be well... good luck.
Take a leave and please don't kill yourself. In the end you will regret it and discover life is to short. Plus YOU HAVE A KID. What do you it will do in need a father. and to get rid of yur record of a DUI i suggest asking the court if you can pay surrounded by doing community service. trust me sure it will take a lot of community service but its better than paying $$ and it will be off yur history. appeal this. if ur the only person in the loved ones im sure they will understand
This is not just going to go away. It is not up to the cop as to how easy the prosecuting attorney is going to be in motion on you. With little money you will be able to get a public defender. Start going to AA meeting as this looks really good. Depending on your state laws you may not lose your license. If they do revoke your license you can still qualify for a work permit to acquire back and forth to work. All is not lost and don't give up hope. You have not be in trouble before so they should go confident on you. Also you do not need to be booked to be charged. It is becoming a new trend to charge someone without taking them to put in prison. The jails are overcrowded and if you have not committed a serious offense cops are going more towards charging without booking.
#1....never submit to any kind of carrying out tests which includes urine or blood test. You have rights and you need to read upon them. Talk to your solicitor or prosecutor and see if going to a Defensive driving class and community service hours could decline your ticket to reckless driving. Courts or cracking down on DUI's. If this is your first offense and you have not been surrounded by the court system before, you might be able to get it reduced but not wipe off. Please think about getting at the back the wheel while drinking. It isn't worth ruining your life or the life of others.
