Do you think the punishment for rape should be changed??

I'm the first to answer the qustion! I think it should be capital punishment. He should be held in prison until then to prevent him from hurting other women. And they should bring him to trial as soon as possible so that he doesn't stay on death row for years. That's just dumb. Back in the day, they used to hang, use the gillotine, firing squad, etc right away.
I think it should be a little more severe like life in prison. I think they should get as severe of a punishment or worse than for murder.
