I'm pretty positive that it's not legal for you to grow marijuana in california. I thought you were just allowed a small amount. You should look at these websites. http://www.calmmp.ca.gov/ http://www.cdph.ca.gov/programs/MMP/Pages/default.aspx http://igs.berkeley.edu/library/htMedicalMarijuana2003.html
The rules are that it's against Federal Law regardless of what California say. You are risking Federal Drug charges by producing, possessing, transporting, or using marijuana.
Depends on what city you live in. Keep in mind growing and possessing cannabis is still considered a crime by the feds despite prop. 215 endorsement in California. I live in Southern California just just this minute the DEA raided a couple medical marijuana dispensaries in my home town. They made a big deal in the region of it too. Anyway this link pretty much tells it like it is. http://www.safeaccessnow.net/countyguidelines.htm
The video clip posted by "Fgsdfg S" above activated three of my Antivirus programs with a "high risk" Trojan attempt when clicked. BE CAREFUL! If wondering, I hold so many because I have a remote connection to my directive firm from home ~ thank goodness!
LMAO, the feds will come to return with you! Is this a big priority for Federal LE? Forget the violent criminals, thiefs, tax evaders..etc.That stuff can wait! The guy growing his own plants to smoke have got to go. But your free to purchase a different plant and smoke it, as long as it says Marlboro on the packet. I say grow away, and best of luck with your harvest.
Although it is court in California, it is illegal in America. That medium that local cops and sheriffs won't bust you, but the feds can. There was actually a Supreme Court case something like this recently. The feds busted a guy in CA with a medical marijuana license, who be growing. The Supreme Court said that it is perfectly legal for the government to regulate growing, even beside a medical marijuana license, because there is the *possibility* that you will sell it. Since you could potentially sell it across state lines, the policy can regulate it as they wish. Good luck.
