What can I do?
I'm writing this, because I feel completely powerless about something that makes me furious.
A year ago today, my fiance's dad lost his radio job he'd had for 30 years. To sum up the circumstances, he wrote a complaint about his computer not being fixed for a month. The next day, the technician showed up and fixed his computer, and the day after that, a woman found a computer diskette with pornography in his desk. The woman claimed to be offended, and he was fired on the spot, ClearChannel communications citing zero tolerance.
The person that the woman reported being offended to, has my fiance's dad's job now.
When he went to his unemployment hearing, the judge awarded it to him on the spot and said that they should have at least done an investigation.
My fiance and her mother have both urged him to sue, but he views the radio station as a powerful, invincible organization who can hire expensive attourneys.
We respect his decision, but her and my blood are still boiling.
What can I do?
he should sue.. definitely he can probably win too.. i mean the judge even said they should have done an investigation
My advice is let it go. It's her father's decision to make, and I can understand why he made the one he did. ClearChannel IS a powerful organization with expensive attorneys, and it doesn't matter how the case actually turns out, he'll be widely known as the guy with porn in his desk at work.

I would first address the head of the company about the situation. And if I still won't get the job back, then I would sue. Even if they do have the lawyers, exposing this kind of thing is essential because there will be more victims in the future if you don't sue/
