Which laws are taking away our freedom?

Please give reasons for why you think this.

PS: Are the laws you mentioned actually protecting people and their rights?
all laws by nature take away rights. Some are used to confer rights from you to another. Tack all the laws on a board, use a dart & about 1/2 will restrick you in some way. Laws benefit when we decide to observe them for the over all goog of the majority. That even includes laws that are only written to benefit a minority. An example would be one that confirs certain rights on this group, but is not a great thorn in the side of the majority, therefore promotes the harmony of the whole. Law gather their power from enforce of the ruled, or the lack of interest of the people or the acceptance of the people. If you look at it all laws derive their legitacy from the people in one form or the other. Even ones enforced by tryants. To do nothing is to give power. To set down a list that effects you the most would reflect my views & boy are there many, but then it would not be your list. You need to look at what restricts your life, ask yourself how bad is the issue. Is the law good for the welfare of the whole & what am I willing or not willing to do about it. Most of us do nothing, but only grow more diss enchanted with our so called leadership, the older we get. For me there are now too many laws on the books. Many no longer necessary & too dam many that favor a self elected elite. Whatever happened with the idea that all are equal b-4 the law? This only one example!
any ones passed by united states government

Answers:
Laws by definition restrict freedom. Laws restrict our freedom to do things that are not seen to be beneficial to the public good (i.e. no stealing, killing, rioting, etc.). Issues arise when the definition of public good is not agreed upon or the law maker is not seen to be legitimate.

By there very nature, laws impose goverment will on the governed. If the governed believe that the government is legitimate then laws that are brought into effect are by consent.

If a law is a bad one, it likely will not be obeyed. If a law is a good one then it likely enshrines community will (i.e. the law ensures that we stop at stop signs. We all consent and obey this law as it makes sense (i.e. safety!!). But even so, such a law restricts our freedoms as we are obliged to stop.)
frig n all of them. every law passed has hidden by laws we are lucky 2 day to be allowed 2 frig n breath.
