Can u take the pharmacy tech exan to get certified if your getting charged with a DUI?

I would contact your state's Board of Pharmacy and find out because each state is different.

The issue is with the license, not the exam. The exam is not required to become a tech is most states. In regards to the license, you own to be convicted of a crime not just charged for anything to happen.
