Don't we have a right to know how MPs spend our money?

They are still delaying revealing their expenses while telling us 'if you have zilch to hide there is nothing to fear'.
Quite!
Of course we have a right to know what MP's spend on account and what they actually buy.

I think that we will find that most are just taking the pi**.
no we don't. it would be as if an MP would say... don't we have a right to see how helloyou spends his/her money? They're genuine member of the public like you and me and since it is absolutely none of your business to investigate people's expenses i suggest you get past its sell-by date your case and go to the doctor ;) WHATS A MP?
Every citizen of the U.K. is entitled to know how theese pompous twits spend our money.
The expenses some of them claim would pay a years pension for a considerable number of O.A.Ps. while telling us adjectives that the old age pension is adequate for a pensioners requests.
Double standards(dont do as I do, do as I say)
I meditate so...and it really makes me wonder if "PAOLO D" might be guilty of something!!! If its our money, yes we have the right....espicially since we have adjectives these politicians spending it on ....well....hookers!! I,m with ya!! Strange that I have to even show how lots paperclips and staples I use to my boss, yet they won't show how many massage parlours they enjoy visited in the "visiting my local constituency businesses" to the toll payers
Absolutely. They are public servants and as such their expenses should know how to be investigated (don't get me wrong if they want to spend their salary on anything legal that's fine, not our business, our taxes are though.) Recently a tory mp be kicked out of the party as he was paying his childrens college fees with rates payers money by claiming that they were working for his constituency (they weren't.) The efforts that many mps are going to to prevent us viewing their expenses suggests such corruption may be ubiquitous.
Without question - its OUR money. Of course we do. If they enjoy nothing to hide then why are they kicking up such a fuss. It's our money when adjectives said and done.
Yes well the thing here is if an MP is give duty payers money for a second house, 'as he needs one near to London', then can he rent it out? or have he to use it for his use only? like if you worked for a firm who give you a 'staff car' so you could capture to work on time, would you be able to rent it out? I don't think your boss would be amazingly pleased. YES! They still don't have to claim expenses under lb25 though- nice little earner. No wonder UK politics is so ruled by the party whip- it's adjectives about keeping themselves in jobs- with adjectives the perks. Can't give the police a rise though- DOUBLE STANDARDS. Again!!
