How much is the land registry charge, local search etc ..?
i have paid my solicitor 350.00 pounds, i know stamp duty is 2250.00 but am unsure how much more money i owe my solicitor. Can someone work it out for me? thanks

Depends who they use for the searches.
The solicitors i used to work for used a local company rather than the local council and it was £135 for both searches. Total disbursements were usually under £200.
Your solicitor should have given you a full breakdown. Ask them for one.
Get your solicitor to tell you, all of this information should have been sent to you when you first instructed them.
