I never been to a hearing ,how can I present myself?

Court hearings
Definitely dress conservatively like you are going to a job interview. Also, speak clearly and pay pristine attention to the questions you are being asked.
dress as though you are going to a job interview with the president of a bank. and shine your shoes
Prepare all the necessary documents that you need to present to the court, in an envelope. They won't tolerate people who fumble through their bags and belongings in front of the judge. Also, wear appropriate attire as if you're going for an interview, hair tied or combed neatly. Make sure your cell is off or silent, cos if it rings in the middle of the hearing, they'll take it away and never return it to you again. Make sure you have enough cash in case you're required to pay for something.
when you are asked a question, take a second to think about it before you answer, and then only answer that question. don't rattle off your whole life story.
Dress and speak appropriately, with dignity and respect.
Lots of good tips above, plus: When answering a question it is appropriate to look directly at the judge. Depending on how you are, this may help you focus solely on the question being asked rather than the appearance or demeanor of the questioner.

Keep in mind, these people are professional at finding flaws within a lie or an evasive answer...take your time and answer with the truth.

Answer:
Well you shouldn't show up like you just rolled out of the club. Wear some nice conservative clothes, answer questions posed to you, dont talk over anyone, and be generally respectful. Remember, everyone there is human, including the judge, so dont be too nervous. If you do all that, you will be fine.
