Would this be considered statutory rape?
My boyfriend is 18 and I'm 16. Would it be illegal even if I gave consent? I live in New York by the course...

In Australia 16 is legal for heterosexual sex, 18 for homosexual sex. Don't ask me who monitors it :/
no that is different. but still boyfriend can walk to jail for up to 4 years depending on his age.
yes. its a little smaller quantity defined at that age, you would have to look up NY laws to have a clear answer to it, but within NC you are considered a minor and as someone of age, they can be charged. and technically, it doesn't matter if you gave consent, if your gaurdian wants to database charges, they can.
Yes and it would be statutory rape, because sex with a minor is considered so whether or not the minor give consent because according to the law the minor is "unable" to give consent.
