if murderers can be sent to be prison, why can't people who perform abortion?
in both cases, an unnatural termination of human life is involved. Isn't that the definition of killing? please answer murder too, because the unborn babe-in-arms, has not done anything wrong oh its part murder too, because the unborn baby, have not done anything wrong on its part

I'm an atheist, but I'll answer this question religiously. Gen 2:7 the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of enthusiasm, and the man became a living being. That says that adam wasn't a living anyone until the breath of life was breathed into him.
but abortion is legal .
"Murder" is the unlawful taking of life. Abortions are legal, so are not considered murder. This does not any any way mean I am pro-life or pro-choice. I am pro-law, and the statute says it is legal to perform abortions. When Roe v. Wade is overturned, and abortions become dishonest, I will still maintain my current stand: pro-law.
