Father not on birth certificate. And wanting to move out of State?

I am wanting to move out of state for economic and financial reasons. The father of my child is not on the birth certificate. Can he charge me next to kidnapping or attempted to file for custody if I move? What rights do I have.
Best Answer:
If nearby is no legal papers in the situation, you can leave the state. He can next file for a paternity order in the state you moved out of, but would enjoy to serve you. But at this time you can do what you wish.

If he is not listed on the certificate, and does not enjoy a court judgment making him a true parent, then there is zilch he can do about you moving. If he is paying support, then in your papers it will report you how far from the courthouse you can move without express permission.
