If someone is the executor of a person's will, what are the legal repercussions..?
for not filing that will with the courts and not following the deceased person's ultimate wishes according to his last will and testament?

Possible sanctions by the probate court; up ot jail time for out and out fraud if comitted. HOWEVER: remember the court reviews the estate until that time closing it; and your opinion might not agree with the court.
