Can the Realtor take me to court?
I been living here for 3 months now with my 2 chihuahua's and NOW she say no pets or only one, I told her it says nothing on my lease give or take a few pets and I wasnt paying her anything and I'm getting rid of one of my dogs.....she says I'll see you in court my darling....... simply looking for advice, I moved in here with them, I dont hold to do anything.......whatcha think? BTW, I moved i with them and was told I could hold them VERBALLY....but to hush about it, but I didnt hush......but why NOW?

I'd look at the contract to see what it says first. She might just be trying to intimidate you. Landlords change admin all the time, so it's very doubtful that they keep track of and honor vocal commitments.
She can take you to court. It's every American's right to sue everyone over anything. If you written lease says nothing going on for pets, then there are no written restrictions over pets. If she sues, take the lease to the court audible range.
