Broken court orders?
Does anyone know what I can do if my x breaks a court order...he has been ordered to pay me a substancial money by a certain time. If he does not pay, what can I do?? This legal battle has already cost me quite a bit of money, and I was not awarded legal fees, if he doesnt pay, I really cant afford to re-hire my attorney to go back to court. What can I do??????
why didnt you hire legal aid?
You can notify the court (or hire an attorney to notify the court), and ask the court to cite him for contempt.
