no, holiday pay is a benefit ... they don't have to pay you a dime.
it depends on the contract you signed. read your hand handbook. i know that where i work, you must be a full-time employee to bring holiday pay, whether or not you work the hours. some jobs, like sale and other commission based jobs probably dont do time and a half rate.
