I have a felony from when I was 16 and it comes up, I just been fired because of it how do I get it off?
When I was 16 I got in to some trouble next to drugs. I was working with the Special Needs people no wthey didn't want to fire me. my boss said she is going to serve me also because I am a good worker. I really like my job so if you can sustain me I would really like that.

you can try to get your text sealed but it will cost you and there's no guarantee it would go through. if your boss now is ready to work with you, why do you need to meddle with it. sprawl about it on job applications in the adjectives. that is what my husband did. he works for a union now for copious years and he committed a felony and spent nearly 7 yrs behind bars for it. gl
Go back to the court where you were convicted and see if it can be hermetic or expunged. Not always true with a felony; but at 16 it's possible
to get a record expunged or a state governors exonerate will require some time ...5 to 10 years of keeping out of trouble....it is not an easy task, but it is doable.....speak to an an attorney who will specialize in this....your probably looking at $800 to $1000....

The absolute best, and quickest, way is to blend the military. That is, if they will take you. Felony convictions can be a reason to not be accepted surrounded by the military. But if you are sincere and you truly want to change your life and lifestyle find yourself a good recruiter. A four year stint within the military with a good conduct record will travel a long way in improving a person's transcript and looks very good on a resume to a potential employer.
you will have to walk to a lawyer and get it exspundged.it will be cleared off you journal and employeers cant get to it but the courts have access to it
