What should I do if the Mexican (which might be the baby’s daddy) says that he is pressing charges against me?

The Mexican said that he was going to be pressing charges against me because I was “lying” about person pregnant with his baby.
Best Answer:
get a paternity interview..he cant sue you for that
karma is a b*tch
Lying, while morally reprehensible, is rarely a crime unless it is done while below oath. What charges is he proposing to press?
Don't do anything until he actually presses charges against you. Then call ICE and enjoy him deported for being an illegal alien.
Lesson learned -use a condom subsequent time and make sure it's with a guy who is decent. And it probably IS his infant and he's just mad bc he knows it. Quit maxim that it is, bc you don't want someone who won't even claim it to be any part of it's life. You have to grow up and be a mom immediately, and chances are he's not going to do that. It's not probable that he will press charges bc that's not something to call the cops about. Yeah, technically it is slander, but I doubt a cop is going to follow through beside that. Really, you should just know it makes YOU look bad for dictum anything. Continue on with your life and if someone asks you who the father is, say that "he moved to Canada because he couldn't bar the truth". Your Mexican will know what you're really saying without having to hear it first paw.
He's just saying that so you'll leave him alone, Just a dry threat. If you reckon he's the father go after him but do it legally.
A paternity test will solve that
Call immigration and a lawyer
