I broke my arm at work whilst not actually working but using an employee benefit, termination is a possibility?
I broke my arm at work whilst snowboarding which is an employee benefit, I had to have an operation and is promising I will need another as its not healing, I have lost the use of my foot and am in severe pain. I am being call to a meeting with termination as a possibility, any help would be greatly appreciated. I hold worked for the company for over 2 years.

If you are in UK I would suggest that you contact your union if you are not in a confederation I wouldd contact an employment specialist. I suspect that you will not be sacked but it is more likely that hey will want to have an hypothesis of when you can work or even if you can return now. If you have ben a good hand you will be given some leeway but if you have been a torment in the backside who enjoys ill robustness they will take a harder look
In the US I'd think you have become disabled and will stipulation a lawyer here.
