father doesn't want to sign consent for child to travel with me even though he doesn't pay cs or visit?

My son is 3, lives with me I make all leading decisions. But I still need consent to travel. How do I take that right away from his father who purely wants to be difficult? I have child support in place. He owes me 5k and moved out of state. What do I requirement to get the full, legal and sole and physical custody? I would love to do that, but per research I found that court gives such article only if child in danger beside the other parent. I just want to travel in peace.. And to respond to laughter..I be told otherwise. They said legally they are going to ask for it on the border.. I wish I could..Bil. Thank s for support. Does anyone have a reliance in LEGAL AID? Paying 49/month for speaking with lawyer and enjoy them help me with preparing my court order?
Best Answer:
Tell him your going to travel to XXXXX and when he comes rear to fight you have the %(a)($&^% arrested for non support and have his manhood cut past its sell-by date!
Petition the court for full custody. Then sue him for child support
Go to court. That is ridiculous and I am sorry that inhabitants do things like that. The Judge will rule that you do not need his consent.
Go to court and file for sole, physical, and legal custody. That mode you make all decisions
You only stipulation his consent if there is a court order in place that requires such consent. Ordinarily, when such information exist, they also give the option of getting the OK from the judge when the ex refuse. Find out first if there is such an order. Don't assume it, because there is no international rule of law requiring consent.
Get a Lawyer.. believe me I watched my mother try to fight my sis father without one and everytime she get screwed... save your money do what you have to do and just attain a attorney also it could have a lot to do with where on earth you live there is favor shown towards mothers in certain states as economically as fathers in others attain a lawyer cram the law where you live and go from nearby... trust me it's worth it.
