Why can you claim affirmative action status even though you are in the country illegal?
Affirmative action in terms of quotas or preferences has been banned by the Supreme Court for many years. What is left of it in terms of recruitment and publicity applies to all people in protected classes who were traditional victims of discrimination. Of course, affirmative action for employment can not apply to someone who can not be employed legally.

you can't. If you are not a citizen you do not have the rights of a citizen.

Looking at your previous questions you come across as consumed with immigrations issues. Perhaps you should take political action if you feel so strongly, but I don't see how asking all these questions about 'Mexicans' is constructive.
