Would it be illegal for me to set up a website where im selling T-Shirts with my companies logo on them?
i work for the city, and on the side ive been selling T-shirts with the companyes logo on them. Of course im selling them to other city employees and anyone wearing the shirts is strickly for work. Now I enjoy set up a website but I want to make sure that theres no rammification if I show the shirts on the website with the city agencies images that im selling if I dont own a legal right to do so.

If you have permission to use that logo, later you can sell your tshirts any way you like. If you don't own permission, then it's illegal to go those shirts in any way. It all boils down to whether you own permission to use that logo.
If you are pocketing the profits and not turning them over to your company, I would say there would be copious legal implications, as the LOGO is the legal property of your company not you. Therefore the merely entity who should be profiting from the sales is the company.
