2 or 4 wheelers parked in ' no parking zones ' are toed ,hawkers sitting there r not removed.why?
scatterd or ununited vehicle owners are penalised for parking their vehicles in ' no parking zones' , but the hawkers are sitting in parking or no parking zones without any fear.
is there any remedy for the same. any court can take this case suo moto ?

How far south into the rural country are you from anyway? What does it matter what kind of drive system a vehicle has when it comes to the no parking zones? Are you sure your from Earth?
