Can a person under the age of 21 see a 21 & over show as long as they are accompanied by a parent?
Me and my daughter want to see a concert(we are friends with the artist) in Atlanta, Georgia in a nightclub that say it is for 21 & over. My question is, if she is with me is she legally allowed to step in?

No, having a parent nearby doesn't change the fact she's under 21. This age requirement probably deal with the fact that the place serves alcohol. They don't want to lose their liquor license just so your daughter can hear their entertainment.
