A competitor bought my domain name and is putting disparaging comments on the website?

I have a competitor that has made slanderous comments in the past and is constantly stalking my business. My attorney has sent him a cease and dissest order. he has now bought my domain name (.com) as I own another one and is putting dispariging remarks on it. Is it worth it to sue. I think he is damaging my business.
Tell everyone you slept with his mom, thats the ultimate way to shut someone up.
If it truly is slanderous and damaging to your business reputation you should have legal recourse against this individual. If they registered the site on a foreign hosting service it may be hard to get it taken down.
I can guarantee its worth it if he is damaging your business. Just last month a local coffee company in my hometown was shut down because they hacked into another local coffee company web page and put slanderous things and porn links on it. The perpetrator went belly up and the victim is getting big bucks
If you don't keep your payments up on your domain it's history and up for grabs. Good luck.

Answer:
I feel he can put anything on his website as far as he owns that. BUT he has no rights to directly harm you or your business in any regard. If the comments are related to you clearly, then you can file a case.
