what surrounded by the world is wrong with you? who bought the bread, peanut butter and jelly? who actually made the sandwich? was it clearly established prior to the trouncing that this specific sandwich was to be saved for your supper? If you assaulted her yes she can press charges and she should! You shouldn't assault anyone over anything (other than self defense) especially over something as stupid as a pb&J sandwich!
