Contact a advocate, or check if their are any groups in your area that assist people beside employer disputes. Here in Canada we have a government funded Employee's assistance Services.
If you believe you were wrongly fired and wrongly accused of sexual harassment you requirement to hire an attorney. If I was a business owner I would take NO CHANCES with sexual harrasment. I contemplate most business owners feel the same way, and if your innocent its unlucky but you can definately try to collect unemployment. My advice to you is to just verbs with your life.
Don't deal anymore with corporate HR, step directly to the state representative who is concerned with harassment cases and explain the issue.
If this does not result in a state investigation, procure a lawyer. If you are accurate in your telling, this sounds similar to a money suit to me.
Lay surrounded by wait. Normally, companies don't give references, bar to say whether or not you are eligible for rehire. Under the circumstances, they will say you are ineligible. If they say you busy in sexual harassment, then you can folder suit because, apparently, they didn't prove it (according to your story--they may have had tons of evidence you know nothing about). Sorry, but your combat shadows.
