Supervisor ignores my complaints; illegal?

I work for a temp agency and my account representative has been ignore my complaints about the way one of my supervisors treats me (the supervisor intentionally yells at me for no purpose and speaks down to me in every encounter I have with her). I contacted the corporate bureau and they ignored me as well (no response at all even though I hold asked for the status on the issue). Is it against the law for an employer to ignore a complaint.
Rudeness is not prohibited. Ignoring rudeness is not illegal. Slapping someone is a crime known as battery and within my town generally results in a jail sentence. I take to mean! They treat Temps like low class workers. I used to be a Temp once. The receptionist (a) the temp agency was rude to me when I called contained by on Fridays to report my # of hours worked. I always worked a lot of overtime that gave them lots of money!

Regarding your situation: be in motion join another temp agency and say goodbye to the bi.t.ches at your current temp. You will soon get another assignment.
"Is it against the law for an employer to shame a complaint."

No it isn't. Employers have no legal obligation to listen to their workers complaints.

BUT.... if the treatment from the supervisor is illegal - ie is racial or sexual harassment - consequently the employer not acting after they've been notified could make them civilly liable to you if you be to sue.

If the supervisor is just rude and demeaning, however, that's not illegal - you put up with it or you quit.

No, they either believe that your complaint does not deserve to be address or the supervisor has "friends" throughout the company that will protect him/her no matter what he/she does.
Putting your complaints and concerns surrounded by writing may give you some recourse to your current situation. Document everything including phone calls, meetings, and correspondence. Not unofficial for them unless you make a complaint that is based on your supervisor if truth be told harassing you. What you described, makes the guy / woman a jerk - but its not a harassment. You can be paid a complaint to most states but it wouldn't get you anywhere. I suggest finding a new job.
Not this style of complaint. Complaints of illegality (crimes, discrimination) can't be ignored without liability, but this does not fall into that category. This is freshly rudeness.
