if you are caught shoplifting from a mall in your own country and with the sole purpose get a bond or whatever its called wehn u cant run on the property for a year can you leave the country on a vacation previously booked?
depends if your not on probation, then yea, otherwise you own ask the probation officer and obtain a visa from the other country.

Usually malls are not that harsh when it comes to 14 y/o without prior conviction or first time perpetrator. Mostly depending on the physical aspect of the person involved is usually the mode of malls in giving punishment for 14 y/o offender, if the 14 y/o comes from a lowly class example of which are beggars, they are usually turn over to the police but if the wrongdoer is a scion of the richest family, they usually call on the family to explain and arrange things.
