Do you think that graffiti and other signs of disorganization relate to crime rates?

yes, i have swallowed the zero tolerance argument hook, line and sinker as i believe that the damage is done at the point that the child is not corrected on his first minor infringement;people then soak in the idea subconsciously that there are no boundaries;after that the sky's the limit
it's america what can we say. america is a joke.

Answer:
Graffitti (The illegal marking or spray painting someone else's property) is a crime so the answer to your question is 'Yes.'

FYI - Graffitti is not a sign of disorganization.

It's just the opposite.

It is a sign of organization.

Illegal, underground organizations, yes, but none the less organized.
Yes, I do. People that use graffiti as a way of exchanging their thoughts can be provided to acts of violence by the use of certain colors and/or words painted. Many do not understand this sub-culture so theyc an noit relate. But to the people that live it day to day a paint can can be a sign of the time.
