Are divorce papers legal if the person is insane and high on crack cocaine when they signed it?

I was high on crack and I signed the papers giving her everything House car pension RRSP bank accounts Everything. We did this to protect the assets from creditors is there anyway to have the divorce settlement fairly distributed,50/50 like it should have been?

some lessons in life are very tough to learn. i gues in ur next relationship u might not be doing drugs??
Obviously the other party's mental stability has to come into question for divorcing a great human being like you

*Life* isn't fair. I advise concerning yourself more over your drug habit than whether you got a 'fair' divorce settlement. Look to the future: Get clean, get a good career/job/life, and don't live in the past.
i dunno about the law in the USA but when i studied law we were taught that if the person is under the influence of any substance or can prove that they have a mental disability then they cannot be held responsible legally....i think u may have a case....
Thats your fault.. should have waited till another day to be sucking on that crack pipe.. What are you going to do .. go to a judge and be like 'YOUR HONOR I HAVE A CRACK PROBLEM AND I SIGNED THESE PAPERS GIVING MY WIFE EVERYTHING' they are going to laugh at u and be watching u like a hawk!! ha ha thats too funny
Doubtful, but you may have a chance if you hire a really good attorney to handle it.
