If you really want to know, go to the police department and ask them to do a NCIC check on that individual. It will show all outstanding warrants on anyone, but you have to have a good enough reason for wanting the information.

I don't know if you can do it in the state you are in, but here in Ohio you can go on line to the city you live in and click on court docket and type in the person's name and hit search. It should tell you. And yes we get that service free here. Good luck!!!!!!!!
