Is cyber prostitution illegal?
I made an account on the game Runescape the other day out of boredom a short time ago to mess with people who take the activity way too seriously. I was wondering if I could possibly go to a definite jail for what I've been doing. I've been selling cyber sex (purely cyber, zilch real about it whatsoever) in exchange for gold ingots (which is worth absolutely nothing in the genuine world) So my question is: Can I go to jail for cyber prostitution? P.S. Anyone that desires to hit me up can add me as a friend on Runescape. My username is Butt Holio. You lawyer guys are beating the nerds so far. Already five answers surrounded by this section and none in the video games. I logged in this morning to find my side had been muted forever. If you wanna add me in a minute look for Butt Holio1.

What you're doing isn't illegal because it's not genuine money you're charging... but if it were real money... I'm not really sure. Interesting question.
That just sounds strange. Watch "To Catch a Preditor"
Wow, there are certainly people that lonely on RE! Holy smokes, but no, you're legally safe contained by real life unless you live in Saudi Arabia or something.
The cross-examine is - Why would it be then you'll get your answer...
It actually may... it depends on the content as earlier described... and it also depends on the age of both party... had a teacher that got contained by trouble for it 2 yrs ago... lol.
It is risky, what if one of those guys your trading near is a 14 year old and mommy sees it and run to the cops? That is technically sex with a minor and can verbs your life for good. If I'd be you I kill that sketch very fast off and would not attempt it on public games again. If you approaching cyber sex, go to adult groups.
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!! Well I would assume it's not illegal because you're not even using real currency in Runescape...okay I don't know. LOL This question is funny. So you're a cyber hoe? You can do better than that.
The real question is how much your charge. You see in Runescape I'm a lonley 60 year ancient male with not much to live for.Half of my children have adjectives left the house, and the other half turned out to be 12 year old girls who file a lawsuit against the first half (getting them banned from Runescape) for saying penis. I don't know what to do anymore; I'm so lonely, I've considered taking adjectives my valuable items and just running off to the desert so that a wild Lesser demon or Yeti can just finish me off. That or I'll swallow some cyanide. I enjoy lots of iron bars if that's what your looking for.
NO CHICA.....no es....it's not theres no way. Your not have Intercourse or bumping uglies or anything physical. Even if it was with real money theres no method it could be prostitution. It's just a game and your talking on it. Not contained by real life unless you meet taht entity in person and do it. For money. Get what I'm saying. No contact is made. So no it's not risky
No, Cyber-prostitution is not illegal. It is on the same level of authenticity as sex-talk hotlines.
