What is wrong with Nevada constitution?

Answer:
There are little things, like it doesn't use female pronouns (although they might have fixed that since I moved away.) If you are meaning large, general problems with the concepts in it, I can't really think of anything.

Here is an amendment that got them in trouble though. The amendment said that the budget has to be passed by 2/3 of the legislature. One session (the '03 session, I think) the legislature couldn't get the votes to pass it, so there wasn't a budget for awhile. The amendment didn't clarify what would happen then.

The supreme court ended up saying that since the budget had to be passed according to the constitution, the amendment was unconstitutional. This created a terrible precedent that suggests the judicial branch can ignore rightfully passed amendments if they believe it contradicts some other part of the constitution. I believe the ruling was overruled eventually, but it set a very scary precedent by basically eliminating a check on the judicial branch.
Nothing is wrong with the Nevada Constitution, if the people of Nevada like it.
