Why do people get mad when they call for an apt with an attorney when you can't give them one for the next day
People get mad when you say it will be 2 weeks or more and they get mad when you explain he is in court he is in trial prep he is in trial. If it was there case he was working on they would want him to do the best job for them. Thanks - I'm mainly venting to see if there are anymore people in this business and if all your clients today are in fowl moods to?

LOL, oh yes! I don't get what they don't get about it: if someone is an attorney, they are going to spend X amount of time in court, at depos, etc., and only have X amount of time for appointments. It doesn't get much simpler than that.
LOL, it is because everybody thinks they are his only client. Our clients are usually understanding and if they are calling for an intake and they have an attitude like that then we don't want them for clients.
