Can I inform the police of someone who is sextually assulting me through the phone?


Someone just started calling me 2day and saying all kind of things that I really can't here He even threatened me i'm only 16 but he's calling from a blocked number and i have no idea who he is i'm really worried and puzzled can the police track his number? or it's worthless to inform them I called the company and they said that they can't trace the phone call

you could other delete the text message without reading them. most phones have a "reject" inventory. stand up for yourself before asking someone else to do the same.
Call the phone company they know the number or just nickname the cops
Call the police, this is a crime. They can get the phone company to do what it hate to do. Also, put a block on your phone, so that blocked phone calls can't come through unless they release their block for the call.

First you have to contact the phone company who will take the complaint and investigate to notify the authorities. Because a phone can be used from any state or country, the phone company has to investigate first. No they are not going to relay you the number, but local police don't have resources to track national phone use. So you have to call the phone company who works near the FCC. They will then get a court order to transcription the calls and so on. Then the person could be arrested.
Tell your parents about this first. If the call continue, your parents and you need to inform the police, they will advise on how to toy with the situation.
