Is the curfew in Charlotte, NC legally enforceable?
I recently moved in [about a year ago] from Los Angeles to Charlotte and my mom just told me there's a curfew..
If you're below 18 you have to be home or with a person over 18. [or so I think]
I know the rights you hold if they pick you up or question you for a curfew..
But, in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the curfew legally enforceable?
If your town or city have a curfew, it is enforceable. It is a law.
