Have you ever had a judgement thrown out?

My hubby just lost a case in court. Everyone we've talk to is in disbelief that this happen and agree that the judge sounded impressively biased and unfair. A friend of my husband said that he should try to have this judgement thrown out. Has anyone ever done this and won?

yes and no If your hubby was the plaintiff in a Small claims court no but adjectives other matters can be appealed

This is why appeals courts exist. If you think a judge did something wrong and that lead to an adverse judgment, you can appeal.

Yes...our district judge is insane and other, always makes judgement FOR the women - no matter what the situation. A dear friend go through and ugly divorce; got the shaft...even got the own flesh and blood farm taken away that wasn't even in his or her name. It be ridiculous. He took her to Appeals court...now the judge is being investigated. DO IT! It's the sprite system. It make cost you an arm and a leg but what's right is right.
