is it illegal to not let more then one teenager into a small store(in canada)?

there is this one dollar store and there isnt allowed more then one minor in the store, even if your friend or or someone is standing at the door where they can see you? a friend of mine says its unofficial to do that, i was wondering if she was right

No it is not illegal the store has the right to boundary the customer count. Sadly this store policy probably came into being because of shop lifting. It only take a few to mess it up for all of us.

no they have to right to rufuse service to anyone. So that means they can make sure you cant travel in together. for reasons like aggravated burglary and g messing around in the store.
