Freedom of Speech issue...?
How come if people say something racist in America they have to appologize for it?
Take that Radio show host that recently got fired (Imus I think it is), he said and I quote 'nappy headed hoes'. He lost his jobs, was expected to appologize, and people still think he needed more punishment.
Some people sue because of racist comments too, and win the cases, which is illogical to me.
Racism is consitered Politically Incorrect and your EXPECTED to apologize for what you say, now the Bill of Rights gives me my right to say what I want, freedom of speech. Why is there law suits over it? Does Politically Incorrect cancel out what the Bill of Rights promises me?

Your right in one way, why not be allowed to say what you want, but would you want to open up the air waves to all speach?\
Or to let them just use any words they want at any time?
I think when true statements are made that it freedom of speach but you should have to be able to prove it. You should not be able just to insult as in this statement.
