Who are we to judge?
The way other people live their lives?
when citizens aren't self regulating we end up with religion, which is probably a bad point, so we are all programmed to judge each other, not to check that everything is ok, but to see what else we can attain away with!
If we can't do it and they can then it is NOT fair and if we can gain away with it and they can't, well then, tough luck!! its not for us to regard as being any ones way of life so long as it does not affect public safety or violate the directive.
i live my life the way i want to. i do what i like influence what i like and do what i like. i stay with contained by the law and public decency/safety.
beyond that anyone who says i can't can p(a)ss off. i do not regard as being anyone who does no harm and you can't either.
many recurrently do judge others and even ruin their lives, in most case's you will find those that make the loudest protest are them selves guilty of what they are stopping someone else from doing or clich¨¦.
many who protested loudly and vehemently against things like gay/lesbian issue's be them selves closet homosexuals. we find many of those who protected children and cared for them from abuse be abusers them selves.
this kind of person is the one who judges the loudest. its these i suspect the most. and surrounded by time it is all to often proved correct.
in the cease none of us have the right to judge how others live. as long as it is with contained by the law, even then it must be judged severely carefully
depends if they live nearby lives in a way which affects us. It depends who they are, and what effect it has on society.
We aren't. But we are also human, so if we see something that goes against the norm, or can mete out harm to others, it's in our nature to do so.
And I ponder it creates some checks and balances to society as most people don't like to be judge and it gives incentive to stay within legal boundaries.
