Is it possible for someone to receive a statement of account for child support by mistake ?
my b/f said that he dont have any kids but for some reason he keep getting a statement of account for child support, from a dept of child support service

It's certainly possible, but if it has his correct name and his social security number on it, then I'd be VERY suspicious. If it belonged to somebody else, it might have your boyfriend's address, but the likelihood of it having his personal information on it as well is just about nil.
Your b/f is lying to you. He has a kid somewhere.
